what is functional medicine?

Functional medicine is an evidence-guided practice that determines how and why illness occurs. By addressing the root cause of your condition, our goal is to restore health and resolve your issues entirely.

Are you battling with a chronic condition and not getting answers?

Our functional medicine appointments allow us to take a broad look at how your body is operating on a day-to-day basis and offer a treatment plan to support what the body needs to fully heal. At Transcendence Health, we look after your disease but focus on what is causing your condition. Using an integrative approach, we will work with your primary care physician to reduce or eliminate medications and replace them with non-pharmacological means.

Do you want to prevent a disease that is in your family genetics?

You may not have active symptoms or concerns today, however you might be predisposed to a condition. Is there hope? Yes! We can reduce your risk of future disease by educating and walking with you to incorporate preventive measures into your life.

What is our goal for you?

Too many people today are “just getting by” while suffering with a sickness or chronic disease. We are here to not only offer the help your body needs to re-establish a baseline of optimized health but to also get you to a state of resilience. We want you to transcend your sickness and take control of your health.

Here’s how we do it!
